Heat Pump Installer Bootcamp

The Heat Pump Installer bootcamp is designed to give existing employed/self-employed engineers the chance to improve their air pump installation and maintenance skills and has been developed to the requirements of the National Occupational Standard Assessment Programme for individuals who wish to demonstrate competence in this field.

This is coupled with the Level 3 Low Temperature Hot Water Design and Water Regulations qualifications as well as modules in Employability in the Renewable and Construction sectors.

BOOTCAMP CONTENT

Level 2 Electrical Diploma Bootcamp

This 9-week Skills Bootcamp is the perfect starting point for those new to the electrical industry. Learners gain two accredited qualifications: the City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installations (2365-02) and the City & Guilds Level 3 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (2382-22). The course also includes practical Solar PV Installation and an introduction to Renewable Retrofit techniques.

Delivered through blended learning (Live in-centre and online with Tutors), the programme offers hands-on training alongside expert-led tuition. No previous experience or qualifications are required.

In addition to technical knowledge, learners develop key employability skills including adaptability, teamwork, CV writing, and job preparation. Pastoral support and behavioural mindset training ensure a holistic, work-ready experience.

Ideal for those not yet ready for Level 3, this Bootcamp equips learners with the practical skills and qualifications needed to enter the workforce or progress to further Level 3  training. It is especially suited to individuals seeking a practical, industry-focused route into electrical and renewable energy careers.

Green Skills Level 3 Bootcamp – Solar PV-Battery Storage + Inspection & Testing

Electrical Green Skills Bootcamp

This 9-week Skills Bootcamp is the perfect progression route in the electrical industry for those who have already completed a Level 2 Diploma or have industry related experience.

Learners gain three fully accredited qualifications:

City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Inspection & Testing Qualification (2391-50)

and

City & Guilds or EAL Level 3 Solar PV Qualification (2922-34)

and

City & Guilds or EAL Level 3 Battery Storage Qualification (2923-34)

Pre-requisites: Candidates must have either a Level 2 Electrical Diploma or work experience in the Electrical industry.
