Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked a course with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Tutors have been booked, venue rooms scheduled, course dates removed from our website as courses reach maximum capacity, registration fees paid, online payment platform fees paid and VAT accounted for, as well as admin time/costs associated with processing your application. If you cancel your booking less than one calendar month before it is scheduled to take place, we will need to charge you £150 per course. In the case of packaged courses cancellations within one month are charged at £250 per package. Cancellations made over one month prior to the course start date will be charged at £100 per course and £200 for packages. Deposits on ‘funded’ courses where a discount has already been applied are non-refundable due the upfront administration costs associated with these already discounted products.

Alternatively, we can usually reschedule candidates to an alternative date free of charge. This of course is subject to availability. We are also willing for you to postpone your course until you are ready and for you to then choose another date at your convenience. This facility is not applicable to ‘funded’ courses which are also subject to the same cancellation timescales as above.

If we have to cancel a course due to staff shortages or low attendance figures then we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund. Accommodation costs are not covered in any of our cancellation options.
