Electrical Site Maintenance Buildings / Property

The Maintenance Training Course is for people who may not be electrically qualified but who need to carry out simple electrical maintenance tasks on sites, in buildings or property.

Who is this course for?

This course is intended for those people whose role involves the maintenance of
buildings or sites. It is ideal for personnel who look after maintenance in offices, retail outlets, schools, hospitals, care homes, tenanted property etc. Typical candidates would not  necessarily possess an electrical qualification but they would become involved in simple electricalmaintenance including resetting circuit breakers, relamping, replacing damaged sockets and switch plates etc. Attendees are assessed on completion of the course and those successful will be awarded a Certificate of Successful Completion.

Safe Electrical Isolation Training

The Safe Electrical Isolation Training Course can be delivered anywhere within the UK and will be customised to your exact requirements dealing with your specific Isolation Requirements

Who is this course for?

This one day course is primarily for people with little no electrical background but who may in the course of their job be required to isolate electrical circuits safely to perform maintenance tasks such as replacing lamps and fittings, damaged socket outlets and switch faceplates, repair or replace like for like appliances and equipment and general electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks.Safe Electrical Isolation is a formal procedure and the most important part of any electrical work and this course will help you become competent in Safe Electrical Isolation as well as getting hands on experience replacing a range of electrical fittings including lamps, sockets and swichgear, you can even learn to rewire a plug, the choice is yours.
