When Will I Be Qualified?
You’ll receive your City & Guilds certificate after completing your portfolio — no delays, no extra work. By the end of your training you’ll have everything you need to complete your portfolio, apply for your licence and start working as a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor.

Your course fee covers it all — training, assessment, certification, and all course materials. No hidden costs. No added extras. Just a clear, straightforward route to qualification.
Enrollment is on a monthly basis and your first day will be run from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm Live Online.
Subsequent support days are flexible as required, either individually or in group sessions.
Our staff and tutors are always on hand for support.
The candidate will complete a portfolio of evidence from a range of properties. A total of five EPC's are required to achieve successful completion.
